Golden Axe - Sega Genesis

Golden Axe is a Sega Genesis beat'em up video game built around fantasy side-scrolling combat. This 16-bit home version includes two more levels than the arcade game.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge.
• Hack-and-slash action mixes melee attacks, magic, and mounted creature combat across hostile fantasy stages.
• Playable heroes include the Warrior, the Amazon, and the Dwarf, each using distinct attacks and magic effects.
• Players can ride giant turtles, enchanted eagles, and flame-breathing monsters during the campaign.
• The story centers on rescuing the King and Princess and restoring peace after Death Adder’s invasion.
• Solo and two-player brawling support makes the arcade-style combat a central part of the Genesis version.

Turtle Village opens the conflict with oversized invaders, skeletons in armor, dragons, and magic-driven combat shaping the game’s sword-and-sorcery setting.
